since two weeks, my PROCYON give me a bad binaural song.
There is a crackle in the sound.
Onetime I stop the PROCYON and I remove the batteries.
After that I put the batteries In and I start the PROCYON.
No crackle during one session. But during the another session the crackle come back.
What happen. My device is new, because I bougth since two month.
Please give me a guidance to improve that

Hello Mishino;

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your Procyon.

Please try it with it powered from the USB cable. (Plug the USB cable into the Procyon and into your computer) Try a regular session (SES mode) without anything connected to the Procyon but the USB cable and the headphones. Let me know if you hear any crackling.

Are you using BRAND NEW ALKALINE batteries?

Iwrite to give you a good thanks for your advice. I change the batteries by rechargeable alkaline Batteries and my Procyon work well again.
