Thread: HELP importing new mp3s into the proteus

  1. Default HELP importing new mp3s into the proteus

    i bought this device like 3 weeks ago and i want to put in my own mp3s that i exported from neuroprogrammer 3
    but i cant find ANYWERE instructions on how to import it.
    i try using the proteus session editor to figure it out.
    but its just a complicated mess of numbers
    please some moderator just give me simple step by step instructions on how to do this.
    im dying with stress trying to figure it out myself

    Hi Illegalnoize,

    You have to set your Proteus to AS.
    Plug in your MP3 player via the patch cable (two metal ends) to your Proteus (aux port)

    You can not download the sessions onto the Proteus and so you would play them, like any other AS CD by hooking up your Proteus to the player.

    Hello and welcome!

    You can't find any instructions because what you're trying to do is not possible. As Marisa says, use AS mode on the Proteus and connect your computer headphone output to the AUX input on the Proteus and play back the AS sessions you have created with NP3.

    Internally, the Proteus stores the built-in and user-created sessions which are synthesized internally. You do not load music tracks into the Proteus, only the Proteus editor is used to create sessions.
