The programs that I really liked for this kind of work are as follows:

You would want the person (or yourself) to go into a trance, so what you are looking for is a program that is mostly Theta.

P11 - Deep Meditation is one that works really well.

You could also have good results with any of the Mindlab Learn programs (P 23- 27)
