We've posted a Proteus OS update which allows you to swap color channels, however your glasses are wired!

Using OS 2.7 or higher, press the top and bottom buttons while running a session in Pxx, Uxx, USr or PC modes to swap the Red/Green channels.

Thank you for that information. I did not try to repair my light frames by resoldering as I was worried that I would damage them. I have installed the 2.6 update and it fixes the problem. In fact it seems to leave the setting as permanent, there is no need to reset it again each time on switches on!
