Thread: Using the software graph

    Default Using the software graph

    Hello,
I use a heart rate variability graph and games at my psychologist's office so I know what I'm looking for when I do the exercises but with the Thoughtstream I'm having a hard time understanding what I'm looking for and working towards. Am I trying to get a big percent change? Less red on the colar bar? etc.

    Hello and welcome!

Were the instructions in the manual helpful? The basic information is in there - how to use and read the TS and some sample exercises.

I had trouble unzipping the download for the graph too but I figured it out somehow by pure accident. I'm using a netbook so I guess it goes with the territory. My wife has a regular lap top and I'll try to download the controlled sessions on hers.
