ThoughtStream USB installation problems

I seem to be able to load the usb drivers on any pc..... load the software, connect the TS and connect to it just ONCE.
If I go back for a second session or if I disconnect the TS, I cannot get the PC to recognise that the TS is there.

I have tried all the usual tricks including scan for hardware changes in device manager, used other usb ports and even tried remove reboot and reconnect.

I use the TS as a "convincer" in my hypnotherpy practice. I bought the USB unit to prevent the need for usb-rs232 conversion. Please help!!

Hi Steve;

I'm sorry that you're having trouble with your TS USB.

When you re-connect the TS, do you see the COM port created in device manager? Does it come up with a valid COM port? Is there any error message or an exclamation point perhaps beside the COM port entry in device manager?
