    Thumbs up Insomnia

I suffer from terrible insomnia. It is very hard for me to fall asleep.
Program 44 worked today very well! I woke with the earphones and the goggles on and I did not even remember when I fell asleep. I purchased the Proteus only a couple of weeks ago.

I've been using P47 and have yet to stay awake until the end.

    Thanks for answering!

I am going to try P47 tonight.

    This forum looks like fun.

I'm curious as to why you'd pick Visualisation and Mind Art sessions for insomnia and not the Night Voyage (23-27) sessions?

Night Voyage sessions make me sleepy, sometimes at the end of a shorter Night Voyage I take the headphones and glasses off, knowing that sleep will ensue soon afterwards, sometimes I sleep during the session.

well, in my proteus manual on page 15, sessions 23-27 are are for Learning. Sessions 43-47 are for deep rest.

Looks like the brain enhancement function on your machine needs upgrading.

I would suggest trying the Heart Tracker and device from Biocom which teaches you tools for deep relaxation.
