Recovering Proteus Uxx sessions

Hello All,
I just got my Proteus & ThoughtStream Friday last week. Love it. I think I messed up tho. I downloaded some sessions from here to the Uxx side and in the process I erased the 14 sessions for the ThoughtStream that came loaded with the Proteus.
Where can I get the 14 sessions and put them back. I assume that I would create an album with the 14 sessions in it and add the new sessions to the album, then download that album back to the Proteus each time I add or subtract sessions.
Thanks for your help. Can't wait to play with the ThoughtStream more, got it down to level 5 #1 the first time. Need to play some of the games that came with it to see how well that works.

After checking, I don't think the new sessions got loaded to the Proteus. I still have 14 sessions there and not just the 4 or 5 I downloaded. The light were blinking when I sent them from the editor. Once I put all into a new album, I will try again to download them.
How can you tell what is loaded in the Uxx? Is there a way to read them from the editor?
I'm loving this system, maybe to much, using it all day and evening, when I get a chance.
Also, is there a way to write a session that would be like the sunrise, bright white lite, to wake up with. Some sleep gurus say that you need to have bright sunlight first thing upon waking. I have used the session 1 & 2 so far to wake up with, is there a better one to use?

Unfortunately, no. The information only travels one-way - from the PC to the Proteus.
