Thread: Sessions / meditation standing up

Default Sessions / meditation standing up

Has anyone any experience and / or advice on running sessions (e.g. on my Procyon) whilst standing up? I find it very difficult to be comfortable seated, and find traditional meditation positions downright painful!

I do enjoy sessions in reclined position or lying down, but in these instances I enjoy being sent temporarily into a kind of sleep - I would find it hard to resist this happening in fact.

    Thanks - H.G.

Did you ever try this? I get the feeling most people put themselves in a relaxed position. Be interested to hear what you've found works for you.
