It's Procon. And for Proteus? I just wanted to know what the original pre-session on Proteus better suited for self-hypnosis and trance states. And about the sessions to synchronize and balance the hemispheres - what Proteus session for this better?
There is information in that thread which applies to both the Procyon and Proteus.
It is good to understand hypnosis before you start trying to use the Proteus for that purpose.
Follow the links in the 2nd reply and there are suggestions specifically for Proteus sessions.
You should take the time to go through all of that information in those threads as it will give you a lot of good information which will be very helpful.
