Thalassa's Guided Kasina Sessions

This is a compressed copy of the "Guided Kasina Sessions" folder which is part of the ftp files here. Hopefully those that had trouble with the ftp will enjoy those sessions.

Note that many of Thalassa's sessions listed in the ftp are already posted in other threads in this forum. This is just the folder called "Guided Kasina Sessions".

To download the archive, click the link, or right-click the link and choose "save link as". Once on your computer, double-click the .zip file and extract the files from the archive.

I have been downloading for a while and ar 2.1gb so far.

These won't unzip for me, is there a different way to download the guided sessions, finding I really like guided meditation sessions

I'm not sure what you mean when you say they won't unzip, unless there was a glitch when you were downloading.

What error message did you get? Are you downloading on a Mac or PC?

I'm downloading on a Mac, it gives me Error 1 - operation not permitted

It's a big download, so something could have happened with your connection while downloading, creating a corrupt file. I would try downloading again. If you would prefer to use ftp, there's a link in the first post.

I doubt you're still interested 15 years later, but for the people like myself that still be encountering the same error, I (using mac) could avoid the Error-1 by using https://theunarchiver.com/ to extract the files!
