What type of mindstates could you achieve from 5 hours of back to back use of the Kasina? I am getting a kasina soon and shortly after going on a 5 hour drive. I thought this would be a good time test out my kasina and also a great way to kill some time. Has anyone used it for long peroids of time other than for sleep? Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place.
