Hi Ian;
The manual lists the sessions and their intended usage, plus in the "sticky" posts in this forum there is more session information regarding the frequencies used.
-Andy.
Hi Andy
Thank you. I have the session numbers and what they are for.
What I'm looking for is a list of all the Hz numbers that can be seen
in the USr mode, with information about each number as to what the frequency is best used for, and what it can do.
With all the study being done on this subject, I would have thought that a list like this may be in some ones files.
All the best from Ian.
Have a read through this article:

Hi Ian! You have asked the million dollar question...
Start here: http://www.lunarsight.com/freq.htm
This is the most used list of frequencies online right now. It could be considered more in the realm of 'lore' though.
The bibliography for where these entries come from is here: http://www.lunarsight.com/biblio.htm
There seems to be a lot more research done on 'Rife' frequencies. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Rife .
A zip file that contains a huge list of rife frequencies can be found here: http://uswgo.com/updated-frequencies...-worldwide.htm The original list was sourced from another site that no longer has this list. The particular content and viewpoint of the current site with the list may vary by taste.
Generally, concerning AVS entrainment we are talking about two different classes of frequencies. That is the 'carrier' frequencies which is the pitch of the pure tones which are modulated to provide the 'entrainment' frequency. This 'entrainment' or 'modulation' frequency is the actual rate we wish our brain waves to sync to.
Brainwave frequency ranges are well-documented and Marisa's article is a good introduction.
Carrier frequencies are less documented and are an open area of research.
A most notable study on these carrier frequencies was undertaken by Gerald Oster for the article "Auditory Beats in the Brain" (Scientific American, 1973). From this he produced the 'Oster Curve'. Some information about this can be found here: http://www.the-guided-meditation-sit...ter-curve.html . More from a Google search.
There are no 'magic' frequencies that apply in all cases at least to our current understanding. Like you, I start here and have theories in this area and use the information I have provided as a guide. It should by no means by considered as definitive and there is still so much opportunity for expanding our understanding and innovating.
Please share any findings you may have with the group.
Hi Andy and neuroasis:hello2:
Thats quite a lot of information.
It will take me some time to get through it all.
Thank you very much:banana:

Very powerful healing and balancing frequency: 8.01 is that Theta?
Nausea and abdominal cramps 72, 95, 190, 304 sorry , what are those numbers referring too?
Sorry to ask so many questions
The Proteus goes from 0.5 Hz to 50 Hz. I think everything in this universe has a frequency - however, not all frequencies are related to brain wave frequencies and not all frequencies are noticed or have an impact upon the brain.
Our natural brain waves normally oscillate in frequencies between 0.5 and 25 Hz. While higher frequencies have been recorded in various experiments, those are unusual circumstances. The brain may have periods where the frequencies go higher (than 25 and less than 100) but it's for short bursts not long time periods. High beta frequencies being dominant in the brain is a sign of severe anxiety.
No, that's Alpha. Theta is 4-Hz.Quote:

I don't see the correlation between the color blue and abdominal cramps. I don't see a correlation between frequencies and cramps either ... except, if someone has severe nausea and cramping, they are likely feeling anxious and that corresponds to beta. Remember the rule of science - correlation does not always equal causation.Quote:
