Frontal exercise 3D Sound Open third eye OM

I did this sound visualization exercise 30 minutes 3D sound it starts in the middle of the head goes like 30 centimeter forward and bring the energy back again.


Do this for 30 minutes. every day


I tried my best to mach the light with the sound.


If some one can let me know what they think after using I appreciate


I find best using with one color only. low brightness.


for better results vibrate with the mantra OM the third Eye.
