When i try to change my email it says the administrator has banned your email. I would like to change my email from: secretsnow@mail.com to secretsnowdream@outlook.com. Please change it for me if possible. please let me know, thank you

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but we can't allow Microsoft e-mail addresses at the moment. That is @hotmail, @outlook, @msn.
The reason for this is Microsoft is erroneously tagging our e-mails to those addresses as spam and without a valid confirmed e-mail address, the registration cannot complete.
We are working with Microsoft to rectify this problem, but it's a long procedure so for now we have to ask that you use a different e-mail address to register.
If you do not have another e-mail address, please let me know and I will try to register you manually.
