I'm afraid I don't know the answer as to why your card is not working in the Kasina at this point. I will do some research and try to get back to you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Do not worry Andy, I'll leave this card for another use and I'll buy a 32Gb card that will not give me any problems. Thanks for your attention.

Ok.
We just verified today that formatting a "64 GB SanDisk micro-SDXC card (Ultra 64GB 80MB/s UHS-I)" to FAT32/32k clusters and loading it with sessions will work fine. Our testing shows no issues with the Kasina seeing the sessions or playing them properly.
Again, no idea why you were having so much trouble!
