I have a Kasina and Neuro programmer 3. I would like to get a book to understand the different brain waves and how/why to stimulate them. I would like to write my own tracts for different times/reasons. I really want to understand brain entrainment. So suggest away please. Thanks in advance. :eusa_think:

"A short history of sound and light" is a great place to start, as well as dipping into the Megabrain Reports. Bruce Conforth's "Accessing alternity" is an interesting alternative viewpoint from the perspective of shamanic states of consciousness... I would suggest starting with these. Enjoy!

"Awakening the mind" by Anna Wise teaches a lot about brainwaves and brainwave training. Excellent book.
