Solid Red lights with white noise?
Hi everyone! I've recently purchased a Kasina and I was wondering if anyone might have a file that reproduces the traditional Ganzfeld of a solid red light with white noise?
I welcome any other exciting recommendations too!
Thanks so much!
PS: my forum search for the term Ganzfeld turned up nothing, so I hope I'm not asking an overly common question!
Re: Solid Red lights with white noise?
The light actually flickers from 30-40 Hz, but is close to being un-discernible. Most computer monitors flicker at 60 Hz.
Ganzfeld Loop - 30 min
This session is gamma, which can be very stimulating. Do not use close to bedtime, and limit it's use to 2-3 times week until you are familiar with it's effects.
Objective: Produce the Ganzfeld Effect
Description: The Ganzfeld Effect is based on sensory deprivation where we allow the mind to manifest its own experience. Here we use light flashing at gamma frequencies, and brown noise to provide a blank canvas for our mind to draw upon
Directions: This session can be used as a continuation of Vision quest, or be used on its own. It starts and ends at the same frequency and has short fades to facilitate being played on a loop.
Re: Solid Red lights with white noise?
Be careful with gamma at night. I keep gamma sessions use in the AM and do a theta-delta at night.

For sure! Limit gamma sessions to 2-3 days a week max until you see how it affects you. Insomnia, irritability, and personality changes are signs that you are overdoing gamma.
