Are you on Mac or Windows?
windows
Ok.
- Double-click the .zip file and select "Extract All". You'll end up with a folder that contains all the sessions, and each will have the .mp3 extension.
- Plug the usb cable into your Kasina and the other end into your computer.
- Power on the Kasina if it isn't already.
- Select the USB tile on the Kasina and press the center button on the Kasina.
- The Kasina's micro-SD card should show up on your desktop as an external drive called Kasina SD.
- Drag the folder of Sessions that you unzipped to the Kasina SD drive, and wait for the files to finish copying. Be sure to NOT drag the .ZIP file, but the UNZIPPED folder.
- When it finishes, unplug the USB cable from the Kasina and your computer.
- Select Sessions on the Kasina and scroll down to the new folder which will have the same name as the one you dragged to the Kasina.
- Press the center button and you should see the list of Procyon sessions.
- Press the center button to play the selected session.
Let me know if you get stuck. If you do, please let me know the exact step you got hung up on and any error messages or other information.
Thanks Andy, this worked out very well! Your instructions were very clear and helpful, I'll save them for future reference. I listened to Meditative Mind remix from Neuroasis and I went into a 5 minute trance, so that was encouraging. Any particular sessions you recommend in Procyon that is good for geometric shapes and/or trance inducing?
Thank you!
I'm happy that you were able to get the sessions on your micro-SD card and it all worked.
As far as sessions that are good for shapes, here is some info:

Please try the search function on the forums to find any info you are looking for. There's been plenty of discussion on all subjects relating to AVS here.
thanks Andy!
I followed these instructions on a Windows computer too, but it isn't working. I unzipped the folders, then dragged them to the Kasina SD drive. It shows the transfer bar going to 100% completion. I unplug everything and go to Sessions, and there is nothing there. I tried copying to both the Kasina drive, and also directly to the Kasina folder on the Kasina drive. Neither method worked - no files show up. Any ideas? Thanks.
When you say you "go to Session and there's nothing there", do you mean there are no sessions there at all (even the factory sessions are gone?)
Are you doing this with the Procyon sessions that the OP was referring to or different sessions?
No need to put the sessions in the "KASINA" folder, they should just go into the root folder.
Ok, thank you for that additional info.
Are you CERTAIN that you are dragging the UNZIPPED folder to the Kasina SD?
If you do it properly, under Sessions on the Kasina, you will see a new folder called Procyon-Sessions-KBSv2. You may have to scroll down to see it. Once you find it, press the centre button to enter that folder, and inside should be the sub-folders called Procyon Sessions 1-10, Procyon Sessions 11-20, etc.
Can you post a photo of your Sessions screen on the Kasina?
And also a screenshot of the Kasina SD from Explorer on your PC.
First, when you said in post #4 "

you meant .kbs right? Because my Procyon files all have the .kbs extension.
To see if I could find out what is going on, I tried transferring the files on my Mac. The same thing happens whether I transfer using the Kasina Basic Session Editor or I transfer directly to the Kasina on the desktop. It shows that the files are transferred, then when I unmount the Kasina and go into Sessions, there are no new Procyon Sessions.
I also took out the micro-SD card and put it directly in the Windows computer. The transfer again appeared to go through, but the Procyon sessions don't show up in Sessions on the Kasina.
Since the transfer doesn't work in either Windows or Mac, or even directly to the SD card through the Windows computer, do you think that it might be an issue with my micro-SD card? It seems like it is not saving new data sent to it.
Thanks.
Yes, .kbs, my mistake.
You said "It shows that the files are transferred". Can you see them on the micro-SD card in Finder? Please post a screenshot showing the folders or files on the card.Quote:

How about in Windows Explorer? Please post a screenshot showing the files on the card.Quote:

Maybe, but I can't tell without verifying that you can or cannot see the files on the card after transferring.Quote:

Yeah, the files can be seen on the card after transferring (screenshot 1), but not on Kasina when you go to Sessions. Also, after they are there on the card, if I eject the card and reinsert it, the files are not there.
Also, when they were able to be seen after I transferred them, I clicked on the Procyon-Sessions-KBSv2 folder, and the folders inside that folder had messed up filenames (and 4 "folders" instead of 5). (screenshot 2 is regular filenames, screenshot 3 is the messed up filenames)
You've got a bad SD card.
