Im diving in to all the tutorials and online documentation, trying to get educated after playing with the Kasina a bit.
My preferred soundscape for meditation is just the binaural beats (not sure if thats the correct term in this context) without nature sounds or music.
Are there any factory tracks that offer this?
Also, while I might have any of your helpful people's attention, is there a central place to go to to download additional sessions?
