Kasina Factory Sessions Frequencies

Hello,

I would like to see the list of all frequencies contained in each KASINA session.

I only see the Sirius listing.

Could you copy the information link of the frequencies that each session of the Kasina has?

Mi7 thank you! that is exactly the reason I was asking and you have kindly taken the time to list the sessions where the frequencies are not given.
I am aware that higher frequencies can overstimulate, and some (e.g) alpha sedate so the reason for asking is to avoid the non alpha sessions as my main aim is to reduce anxiety.
Thank you Andy for your help so far, it's much appreciated and if you could help us with the above it would be awesome.
In the last week I have sampled many of the sessions and I really like the mind art ones but am nervous about listening to them as I don't know if they are alpha or not!

Thanks again Andy for the help re the editor and adding sessions and for the Sirius frequencies, however as member Mi7 has also stated, many of the sessions in the Kasina manual do not actually state the frequencies, just a description of the sessions, Mi7 has listed the sessions where there is no frequency info given.

I'm not sure if I can find information on the sessions that don't have specific frequencies listed, but it's pretty simple to pick appropriate sessions.

Meditate sessions are for meditation so it will be relaxing and help concentration.

Mind Art sessions are just for fun, for distraction and entertainment.

Night Voyage sessions are to help you relax and sleep.

Rejuvenate sessions are to heal and energize.

Trance sessions are for distraction.

Don't get too hung up on specific frequencies. Just choose sessions from the category you are interested in and try each of them out. Different sessions achieve the results in different ways so each person is different in what works well for them, what has the sounds that work best and are most enjoyable, so try them all and make note of the best ones FOR YOU.
