Greetings--a number of the Kasina tracks do include embedded binaural beats and/or iso tones. However, when Dr. Tom Budzynski ran our 21 channel EEG lab (SynchroMed), we discovered that the EEG effects of audio was significantly lower than that produced by the lights. So, despite the claims of many online, these entrainment forms are not very effective at EEG activation in comparison to light. But the audio does serve to help isolate the user from distracting sounds around them, and other forms of audio like music etc. can alter mood in a major way...
