Hi this session is to stimulate the 3rd eye and heart rate coherence
1)so the glasses will be 5 seconds on 10hz and 1 second off so you know when to breathe in and out
2)for the 3rd eye i put a frequency on 936hz
for a good results you need to visualize the energy coming in on ever breath activating your 3rd and your pineal gland located on the center of your head and ever breath out the same.

You must breath in for 5 seconds an breath out for one second?
1 second you know so the next 5 you breath out and 1 second so you know to breath in for 5 is goes like this into the end of the session... the goal is to have only the 936 frequency and have a constant perfect breathing for that i used the glasses so you visualize energy going to you 3rd eye and you pineal gland and energy going out so you don't need to be counting or have your eyes open ..

Hello, I tried to download both zip files but I was not able to extract it. When I try to extract using zip or 7z, I got an error and end with incomplete mp3 file. Are the zip links valid? Thanks for help!

Can you explain in simple terms how you match your breathing to the session.
i did not understand your last post.
From what I have understood, when the pause (1 sec) happened, just invert your breath :)
So :
Breathe in during 5 secs
Pause for 1 sec
Breathe out during 5 secs
Pause for 1 sec
Breathe in during 5 secs
Etc.
