What is Kasina Experience like???

Hi
I have been meditating for years and listen to loads of deep trance audios. I recently bought a Kasina.

I have used it several times BUT I don't experience any visual images etc. All I experience is relaxation (which I experienced easily without Kasina too) and blinking lights :-( as if someone is switching lights on & off. No imagery whatsoever

Is this how it works???

I'm not an expert but I'd say it is going to depend on what session you are doing. There are relaxation sessions and then sessions geared more towards visuals and getting deep into your head. Explore all of the sessions. If all that fails get a pair of DeepVision ganzframes and try this : http://www.mindplacesupport.com/foru...on-Experiments

Also try writing sessions based on what your looking for.
