negativ feedback as warning signal to stay relaxed

Hello everyone,

I would like to get feedback to warn me that my GSR level has fallen and I'm not relaxed anymore. If the GSR value stays well there souldn't be any feedback. Is this kind of feedback possible with the Thoughtstream USB?

If the pitch rises or the LED display goes from green to yellow to orange to red, you are getting less relaxed and more alert.

I've bought the thoughtstream and it works great for me and helps me to relax.
I tried it with my mother as well but she has difficulties to influence the signal. She has very cold hands. Might this be a problem for getting a good GSR reading?
Would it help to warm the hand in warm water berfore a session or does this have a negativ effect on the feedback because of remaining dampness on the skin?

I don't think temperature is as much an issue as dryness as well as how tight the sensors are attached.
Make sure the sensors are as tight as possible without them being uncomfortable.
Try some hand cream if her hands are very dry.
