I can't Upload mp3 file

I can't upload a Mp3 file or even a .rar file I have a session I wish to share
I tried many times but error in the server ..

Sorry about that! Sometimes the files are too big for the server to process and it times out.

Can you PM me a dropbox link? I'll download it and then upload it to the server and can post a link in a post you create a post on the forum.
