I didn't hear about kasina specific session before workout. But it sounds interesting. I like to practice sports. I've been doing sports for many years and I'm not going to stop. I practiced different types of training. I practiced cardio, jogging in the morning, strength workouts at the gym, yoga. I've seen the most results from gym workouts and yoga practices. Unfortunately, I could not combine them, so, I almost stopped practicing yoga. But kasina session looks interesting especially with the possibility to practice it after the general workout. I think I will need more power to practice it, so maybe I will start again taking peptides PT 141 for more strength and energy.
