Return to factory settings

Hi,
I got my Procyon today and had a little bit of a play with it and I think its going to be very useful. I've played around with the brainwave generator and SBAgen on PC a fair bit so I sort of knew what to expect.
Anyway, I loaded some sessions onto the unit as an append but I didn't document them so I would like to return to the factory settings and try it again.
I did back up the original sessions before I started so is it just a case of loading these back on and overwriting whats there already?
