I just bought a sirius and right out of the box the light only is active on the right. Pulling the plug out a little switches the light to the left. I tried many sessions and waited at least 3 min. Sounds like the plug is wrong. What do I do to correct this?

You should contact the dealer that you purchased it from. They will advise you on how to get your console repaired or replaced.

Thanks for the quick reply. I don't think they are not broken, I think they are simply the wrong kind "CG". I am contacting my dealer, I also have the warranty card. Are these shipping like this to everyone? You might want to check.
What does "CG" mean?
I haven't had any reports of this problem. Since both sides of your lightframes work (by pulling the connector out a little) the problem is likely the connector in the Sirius console. Your dealer will help you with repair or exchange.
Both sides never work it switches to the other side when half plugged in. and boy is it bright and pure white, lol, can't wait for the replacement. Anyways sounds like a bad unit eh'.
Got the replacement and all is well. Those true white frames are spectacular!
