Level of brightness for best results
Hello All;
Fairly new Proteus user here, I have been using it for falling asleep and it is working fairly well. My question is this:
How do I know what is the best level of brightness?
I am using session 44, and when I turn the brightness up a lot I can see both red and green in the lights. But this is so bright that it hurts my eyes (and yes they are closed), if I turn down the brightness to a comfortable level then I don't see the red at all. But if I can't see the red, only the green am I losing some of the effectiveness of the session? I mean there must be a reason for both red and green lights and not just one or the other.
Any thoughts folks?
Thanks

High brightness is not required for an effective session. The brain processes the contrast in luminosity. So put the light brightness at a level that is comfortable to you.

Great, thanks for the quick response Scott. I am happy to know that I can set it the way I want and still get the benefit. I think I shall try Night Voyage tonight and see how that goes.
