Brain releaxation issue

Hello all,

I have been using Kasina for a few weeks now.

I am really looking forward to OBE, lucid dreams and other benefits of this machine. I have read that this usually depends on "letting go", having a relaxed brain. I just can't seem to do both of these things :BangHead:, My brain does not cease wandering and never let goes or relaxes.

I was wondering if there is anyone here who overcame such challenges & can share some tips. Also, all suggestions from everyone are welcome.
