Hey guys,
Lets say if I am using Track 47 (theta delta). How can I tell what state I am in at a given time? Is there a machine that can figure that out ? Say if someone is using the proetus to put me into hypnosis, is there a certain point where they can see what state I am in and then go from there?

I think you would need an eeg machine to read exactly where your "head is at". :)
You would have to use the usual methods to determine if your are in a hypnotic trance or not. Someone with some hypnotic training or experience may be able to help you notice the signs.
Are EEG machines expensive? I would be very interested in one as well. I remember when I was using my bio-feedback machine I had the noise from my fingers on the plate but I also had a little monitor that gave me other info. It would be great if they could come up with something like that.
But I suppose it's not so easy as you would have to have your head wired lol :eusa_dance:
I think a few hundred dollars is about as cheap as they get. Real EEG machines used by medical personnel are thousands of dollars.
