New Kasina user

Hi. I just got my Kasina last week. So far, I'm enjoying it and still in the process of experimenting with this machine. However, how should I properly use this? I.e., what should I think of while using the Kasina? Where should I put my focus on to get most of the benefits? After several minutes of using the kasina, my mind starts to wander. Can't even focus on whatever I see while wearing the goggles. Just like some of the users, I only see a blinking light and no fractals, geometry, etc. Got more questions to follow as like what I mentioned, I'm enjoying it. Hope to hear from other users soon. Thanks for pointing me to that article. Really helps put things in perspective. Nothing is gained without practice and persistence. I bought the Kasina last month with meditation in mind and it is really starting to help with my focus. It took some time to find what types of sessions worked for me, but the more I explore the more I learn. I will say this, for those of you who are having a hard time with visuals, give it time. I am finding with more use, the more I am seeing.
