Kasina and UniStim glasses
Hi,I recently bought the UniStim glasses, ones which project the lights from the side, so that one can still read etc. while using a mind machine. I have been told that only the spectrastrobe sessions are compatible with the kasina as the UniStim is merely 2-channelled, instead of 6 channelled like the Kasina is mainly designed for. Is this correct? Thanks!
Re: Kasina and UniStim glasses
What are the specifications of the UniStim glasses?
The Kasina can output 1-6 channels.
The Kasina decodes the following formats:
KBS (1-6 channels)
AudioStrobe (1-2 channels)
SpectraStrobe (1-6 channels)
ColorOrgan (1-2 channels)
Re: Kasina and UniStim glasses
Yes, they are only 2 channel. Did you mean they are only compatible with AudioStrobe, rather than SpectraStrobe? I have two, red and white.
Re: Kasina and UniStim glasses
Well, they might work, but it would only flash 2 of the 6 channels.
The bigger question is how are they wired? Common ground or common power? Voltage/Current requirements?
If you have a pair you could try them, you're not going to damage the Kasina, they just might not work.
