Are 4 color light glasses on the cards?
Andy,
While looking over an old Procyon editor manual I noticed that there seems to be provision for a 4th colour channel, namely White. This seems to make a lot of sense to me since many of us see a bit too much red with our eyes closed and maybe a bit of white light would help combat this a bit. It looks like your glasses wiring has provision for this 4th color channel as well (n/c wire in your adapter pics).
I really don't know if it's related or not but most digital cameras emit a bit of white light to try to get rid of red-eye.
In any case, it seems that you have looked into this a bit so could you please let us know what you've found/think? Thanks.
Cheers,
TomC

There are not white LEDs in the glasses. The wiring was done for that possibility in a future product or to allow expansion without changing the connector. AFAIK, it is not possible with the current Procyon to drive a 4th colour.

Andy,
I understand all this ok but my questions are;
- do you think that a 4th colour channel would be useful?
- do you plan to produce 4-coloured (and software supported) glasses in the near future?
Thanks.
Best cheers,

Hi Tom;
Not questions I can answer. I will try and find out though.

RGB 255-255-255 produces white color.
