AVS safety
I've been reading some articles on the internet about LED's supposedly being damaging to eyesight (especially blue apparently). I've been using the Procyon for a while and found it pretty amazing and enjoyable, but also intensely bright at the higher settings. That just got me wondering if there could be any safety implications of using mind machines too much or at too high an intensity. Is the eyelid enough of a filter for these lights? Have any tests been done, or is this more of a "use at your own risk" kind of activity?

I'll take that as a yes then :)

Re: AVS safety
I've never heard of anyone suffering eye damage from using sound and light machines.

Re: AVS safety
Okay, thanks. That's all I wanted to know really. It was just something that occurred to me because I find the top settings so intense, but I'll probably just dial it back a little for the sake of comfort. I guess these things have been around long enough now for any obvious problems to have come to light. Cheers.
