OBE frequencies / programmes

Hi all,

I've had various OBE experiences during / in-between "sleep" before, but would like to attempt to trigger them during waking hours. Has anyone any experience of key frequencies (just Googled this and 6.3Hz is suggested) or indeed specific Procyon programmes to aid this? I'm thinking a combination of a long session, and focussed inner-body awareness might be useful.

I've tried the "climbing rope'' induction before with zero success - but never really been in a deep enough relaxation to expect it to work somehow.
