This is crazy! I bought this device last Friday! Who has a serial port in 2010? The Amazon ad said this device was revolutionary and innovative. How is a device that has instructions for Windows 98, which as not been supported for 6 years and not sold for almost ten years, innovative? Why no USB cable? USB is the de facto STANDARD for peripheral connection in 2010. I have no desire to run all over town to get a dongle that may or may not work. Is a native USB cable available?
Mac support would be nice, too, not by dual boot or VMWare.
