WILD induction
I am a very experienced Lucid dreamer with a lot of years behind me and most of my dreams are WILD.
I have just received a Kasina and used it twice so no real impressions yet
Is there anything tailored to induce a WILD or what is best for induction of lucid states

Re: WILD induction
Hi Peter,
Welcome to the forum!
This session although AudioStrobe will work with that pattern. It is designed for one full sleep cycle 90 minutes.. of 'restless sleep' which is conducive to lucid dreaming.

Re: WILD induction
Ok will try this one, I have no issues with dream recall with anything from 2 to 3 a night in full detail to a record of 13 a couple of years back but in a light dream state as in afternoons it could be a an interesting track

Re: WILD induction
It is basically the same principle... go down to sleep level.. then provide little nudges during the session... put in 'dream food' in the form of incoherent voices.. provide increasing stimulus toward the end of the sleep cycle when dreams should be most vivid and memorable and then rise to awakening level, while allowing time to process the dreams.
Dream Recall was just the request of the user and from initial reports it worked for him. If you wanted to play it throughout the night and for multiple cycles you could play it in a loop. Or if you want to shorten it then just pickup the last 15 minutes or so.
